It was sent to Michael S. Barr, Vice Chair for Supervision on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and Michael J. Hsu, Acting Comptroller for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Alfred was working as a flight attendant on United Flight 175 when it was hijacked and intentionally flown into the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
